The Gist… We are seeking a highly motivated RPA Developer to support the analysis, design, development, and implementation of automation solutions while working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath, with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and experience working in Agile environments. • RPA Development & Automation • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive and manual tasks using UiPath or similar platforms. • Architect workflow-based solutions and build code sequences to streamline business processes. • Provide technical support for RPA implementations and troubleshoot automation issues as needed. • Proactively monitor automation effectiveness and make improvements to optimize performance. • Research, test, and coordinate the integration or conversion of new tools and technologies based on client requirements. • Address issues related to system integration, platform compatibility, and application performance. • Consult with project teams and end users to identify and validate application requirements. • Troubleshoot production issues and respond to enhancement suggestions. • Manage, track, and report on assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner. • 1-3 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath. • Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), workflow design, and automation best practices. • Experience with tools including MS Excel, MS Teams, Jira, and UiPath Task Capture. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. • Basic understanding of system integration, software development lifecycles, and requirements management tools.
