Lagerist / warehouse worker (m/f/d)

Sereact GmbH develops AI-powered robotics and automation solutions. For our warehouse in the Stuttgart region, we are looking for a reliable, hands-on person who keeps things organized and ensures a smooth flow of goods.

• Warehouse organization: Keep our warehouse tidy, clean, and well organized

• Goods receiving: Check incoming deliveries, match them against delivery notes, and store them correctly

• Shipping: Pack and ship parcels and prepare the corresponding shipping documents

• Pre-picking: Prepare goods and materials for internal orders and projects

• Handyman support: Take on simple handyman tasks as needed (e.g. small assembly work, shelving, minor repairs)

• Inventory support: Assist with stocktaking and report shortages or discrepancies

• Order & safety: Ensure cleanliness, workplace safety, and compliance with warehouse guidelines

• Material handling: Support internal transport of goods and components (e.g. using a pallet truck/forklift)

• Office upkeep: Keep our office and break areas tidy and ready for use

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or a trade/craft role is a plus, but not required

• Careful, reliable, and independent way of working

• Manual dexterity and a hands-on attitude

• Team spirit and flexibility with changing tasks

• Class B driving licence is a plus

• Forklift licence is a plus, but not required

• Working hours: Full-time

• Work location: on-site only (in-person); remote work is not possible for this role
