Robotics Automation Field Engineer Turn cutting-edge robotics into real-world results. About the Role As a Robotics Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the technical champion helping customers bring next-generation automation to life. You’ll bridge the gap between innovation and implementation—partnering with sales, engineering, and operations to design and deliver advanced robotics systems. From the first customer conversation to the final installation, you’ll shape projects that redefine how facilities operate. Every day, you’ll combine hands-on engineering insight with creative problem solving to make complex technology accessible and valuable. You’ll work alongside some of the brightest minds in robotics, gaining mentorship from leaders across engineering and business, and expanding your impact across multiple disciplines. Expect to travel up to 50%—mostly within the U.S. What You’ll Do • Lead technical discovery: Partner with Sales to uncover customer needs and design smart, scalable robotics and AI deployments. • Design integration plans: Assess facility layouts, material flows, and constraints to create seamless installation plans that deliver measurable value. • Own installation readiness: Coordinate across teams to ensure every deployment runs smoothly—from technical documentation to on-site execution. • Shape the future: Feed customer insights back into our product roadmap to help evolve our systems and deployment playbooks. What You Bring • 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles (solutions or field engineering, systems integration, etc.) • 3+ years of hands-on experience with robotics, automation, or industrial systems • Strong technical communication skills—you can translate complex ideas for any audience • A problem-solving mindset and the confidence to tackle challenging industrial environments • The drive to connect technology with real operational outcomes Bonus Points For • CAD or facility layout experience • Familiarity with robotics, computer vision, or AI automation • Experience in manufacturing, or other industrial settings Why Join Us?
