WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Pacific Northwest territory. You’ll work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand customer needs and translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
Note: This role is remote-friendly but candidates must reside in the U.S. Pacific Northwest— ideally Oregon or Washington

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and channel partners
Understand customer challenges and align them with our robotics solutions
Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos, proposals, and solutions for each customer
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, or related technology fields
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflows
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Existing network of contacts within manufacturing or automation sectors
Experience selling complex capital equipment or SaaS-based automation platforms
Familiarity with industrial robotics, machine vision, or motion control systems
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000 (plus uncapped target based incentives). We are open to a variety of seniority levels for this role and will build compensation packages that are commensurate with seniority and skill level. Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation — all Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
