Job Description

You will manage planning, scheduling, and monitoring the flow of materials throughout the production cycle to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. You analyze material requirements based on engineering specifications and production schedules, ensuring the availability of components and raw materials needed to meet our goals. Working with Purchasing, Production, and Engineering teams, they coordinate the movement of materials, resolve supply-related issues, and support production continuity. Your work also involves developing material and technical specifications for new contract orders, monitoring inventory levels, identifying potential risks, and driving process improvements to increase material planning and supply chain efficiency. You will report to: MPS Manager EMEA.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and increase production efficiency.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure agreement and feasibility of production plans.
  • Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage inventory levels and improve stock levels to minimize waste and excess inventory.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce lead times.

THE ESSENTIALS - YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and production workflows.
