Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily technical support to production teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing problems.
  • Perform time studies and work measurement analysis to establish and maintain labor standards.
  • Analyze manufacturing routings, process flows, and work content to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
  • Develop standard work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
  • Monitor production performance against established labor standards and identify corrective actions.
  • Help implement process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing projects, including 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Coordinate and support installation, validation, and maintenance of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Support new product introduction and manufacturing transfer activities.
  • Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Train operators on new processes, and work instructions.
  • Help maintain manufacturing master data, routings, and production documentation within ERP systems.

THE ESSENTIALS - YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in methods and time analysis, labor standards, or industrial engineering activities.
  • Read technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production data analysis.
  • Basic English communication skills.

THE PREFERRED - YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

  • Experience in electronics or electromechanical assembly environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Industrial Engineering principles.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with productivity analysis.
  • Knowledge of MTM, MOST, or other work measurement methodologies is a plus.

The salary range for this position is between 30 320,00 - 45 480,00 EUR Annual EUR annual, this includes all bonsues.
