Job Description

As a Project Administration Intern, you will support service projects throughout their lifecycle, from order entry to project closure. You will assist with project documentation, contract reviews, invoicing support, compliance activities, and operational reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Latin America and worldwide.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects for some of the most recognized industrial companies in the region, including customers in the mining, oil & gas, food & beverage, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors. This role is an excellent entry point for individuals interested in building a career in operations, project management, contract administration, finance, or business support functions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the administration of service projects, from order entry to project closure.
  • Assist with project documentation, contract reviews, invoicing support, and compliance activities.
  • Monitor project milestones, costs, backlog, and key operational metrics.
  • Support intercompany transactions and coordination with global Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Partner with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Finance, Procurement, Billing, and Engineering teams.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and automation.
  • Help maintain project records, audit documentation, and reporting accuracy.

THE ESSENTIALS - YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, International Business, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.

THE PREFERRED - YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

  • Intermediate English/Spanish is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
