In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible with Beltdraulic™ technology. Key Responsibilities • Contribute to conceptualizing, designing, and testing components, systems, and assemblies. Participate in documentation, including technical drawings, schematics, specifications, test plans, and protocols. • Collaborate in building and testing prototypes. Collect and analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback on product performance. • Work closely with team members across engineering disciplines to integrate and optimize solutions. Engage in regular project meetings to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for innovation. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to optimize product performance, efficiency, and reliability. Requirements Qualifications • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a trade school, or community college program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field of Engineering. • Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of Engineering. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on challenges in a fast-paced setting. • Excellent analytical abilities and a resourceful approach to problem-solving. • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. • Driven by a deep enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to innovation.
