Lead and grow a team of highly skilled engineers.
Drive development of NvSci technology for next generation automotive and other Embedded applications.
Apply and invent processes to ensure high software quality and reliable schedules
Directly collaborate with other groups to align technology development with NVIDIA goals
BS or MS degree in EE/CS/CE or equivalent experience
8+ overall years of software development and 3+ years of management experience
Effective written and verbal communication regardless of audience or problem complexity
Organizational skills to lead projects and drive software development with a matrix team of globally distributed engineers
Experience with mentorship and developing engineering staff
Embedded Software development background
Previous Agile experience, especially with distributed teams and matrix projects
Prior leadership of rapidly growing teams
Experience with industrial quality standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434
