Job Description

You will work in hybrid model of work with office in Katowice. With flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
You will report to Credit Management Team Lead.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Get familiar with portfolio and processes,
- Contact assigned customers/company partners like AR Team or Customer Care for additional information where needed to resolve open/disputed items,
- Take care of the shared mailbox.
THE ESSENTIALS – YOU WILL HAVE:
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Active student status
THE PREFERRED – YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
- Knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)/SAP,
- Previous experience in Shared Services.
