The company is supported by Valor Equity Partners, BroadLight Capital, and Mecha Ventures.
THE ROLE
Aescape is hiring a Commercial Marketing Manager (B2B) to sit directly on the Revenue team. You will be the engine connecting marketing activity to pipeline generation and closed revenue.
***Please note: this is not a traditional marketing role. We are not looking for a brand manager or corporate marketer. We are looking for a performance-minded marketer who builds pipeline
You will support the B2B pipeline and conversion funnel by owning content and channel distribution: building high-volume sales enablement materials including email sequences, tactical content, customized microsites, and case studies. You will also own the feedback loop between marketing and sales. If you love rolling up your sleeves to build campaigns and working side-by-side with revenue leaders, this role is for you.
YOUR GOAL
Drive lead generation and nurture leads. Own top- and mid-funnel programs designed to produce sales-ready opportunities, not superficial impressions. Continuously generate new leads and warm existing ones.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Content creation: Leverage existing brand assets and AI tools to create and customize content for web, email and social channels.
Hands-on campaign execution: Write, build, and deploy outbound email campaigns, nurture sequences, and sales enablement content (one-pagers, case studies, follow-up templates).
Strategic event marketing: Own pre-event outreach, on-site lead capture strategy, and post-event nurture sequences to turn attendees into pipeline.
Performance tracking and data ownership: Oversee the CRM, build and maintain lead lists, and report on campaign performance and event ROI.
Tight alignment with sales: Sit in daily and weekly sales syncs to review lead quality, gather feedback, refine follow-up cadences, and make real-time campaign adjustments based on field feedback.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
3–5 years of experience in growth, demand generation, sales enablement, or integrated campaign execution (rather than broad brand strategy).
Sales-embedded mindset: You treat the sales team as your primary partner and client, and measure your success by the leads you generate and nurture for them.
Strategic event support: Ability to equip sales for on-site events with pre-event and post-event materials.
Hands-on email and automation skills: Real experience writing copy, building email workflows, and executing sends directly in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, or similar).
AI-forward: Curious about new tools and willing to experiment with what’s available to support content creation, partner enablement, and outbound messaging.
Analytical and metric-driven: Comfortable preparing, reviewing, and sharing campaign performance, and clear about what works and what doesn’t.
Bonus: Experience in hardware, wellness, commercial real estate, hospitality, or channel/reseller sales motions.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (FIRST 12 MONTHS)
Lead volume: Consistent delivery of qualified leads.
Lead nurturing: Multi-touch engagement across the lead base.
Pipeline contribution: Measurable pipeline sourced and influenced by integrated campaigns.
