Job Description

Develop and implement production control responsibilities including: master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, manufacturing performance reporting. Approve quantities, schedules and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, and receipt and issuance of production material requirements. Responsible of the Inventory levels, Supplier discrepancies, Mismatch Invoices provide timely follow up with suppliers for prompt resolution.

§ 02YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding of Materials Planning - Safety Stocks/ROP and Lot sizes and Purchasing basics - Manage and issue POs, date management, MRP exceptions. Manage inventory levels, schedules and availability of materials, either manufactured or purchased to meet production schedules. Interface with Manufacturing, Quality and Production on production status or issues. Experience with drivers of main plant metrics – past due, planned schedule accomplishment, service level. Understanding of MRP. Maintain material master, setup of critical data in SAP.

§ 03THE ESSENTIALS - YOU WILL HAVE:

You must have a Bachelor's Degree .

5 years experience in similar position.

-English 85%

§ 04THE PREFERRED - YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Proficient in the use of excel, computer system and other software.

-SAP knowledge.
