AI Engineer – Robotics Foundation Models

G3N is seeking AI Engineers to help us advance the frontier of robotics intelligence. You’ll work on developing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying robotic foundation models — including Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models, GR00T, VLMs and reinforcement learning algorithms. About G3N We’re building lightweight, safe, and human-centered humanoid robots designed for both commercial and household applications to help solve the global labor shortage. Our robots assist as front-desk receptionists, baristas, tour guides, or home assistants — empowering people and businesses to save time and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities • Develop and train diffusion policies, VLMs, and multi-agent deep reinforcement learning models. • Build and maintain data collection pipelines for robot learning. • Design and oversee data annotation and labeling workflows. • Support the integration and deployment of models into production robotic systems. You may be a good fit if you have: • Experience training deep learning models for robotic manipulation or locomotion. • Hands-on experience with real robotic hardware. • Experience developing and training models in simulation environments. • Experience with custom dataset collection and open-source robotic datasets. • Strong background in system architecture, design, and development for AI systems.
