The RMAC team plays a critical role in advancing this mission by delivering high-impact capabilities that enable scalable, reliable, and cutting-edge applications across our platforms. We are seeking a General Affairs Manager who will be responsible for supporting day-to-day facility operations and administrative services at RMAC, ensuring a safe, compliant, and highly functional workplace. This role partners closely with the Building Operations, Compliance, and IT teams to execute established standards and provide local operational support.

§ 02KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

§ 031. FACILITY OPERATIONS & VENDOR MANAGEMENT (30%)

● Manage daily office and facility operations, including stocking supplies, managing equipment, and ensuring workspace readiness
● Coordinate and manage third-party vendors (e.g., cleaning, catering, maintenance)
● Partner with Building Operations on space planning and workplace experience initiatives
● Monitor and track operational expenses and support budget adherence
● Ensure facilities remain functional, organized, and aligned with company standards
● Support oversight of facility upkeep and maintenance in partnership with Building Operations
● Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor activities for company-managed spaces
● Track and manage facility-related assets and equipment

§ 042. SAFETY & SECURITY EXECUTION (30%)

● Execute and maintain safety and security practices in alignment with standards defined by BD Compliance, Safety, and relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., OSHA)
● Partner with internal compliance teams to ensure RMAC adherence to all required policies and procedures
● Support site inspections, audits, and implementation of corrective actions as directed
● Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe and secure work environment

● Conduct and maintain Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments (HARA) to identify and mitigate risks from equipment (e.g., automated cells, electrical/battery systems) and tasks
● Provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure all PPE Policies are strictly adhered to by employees and visitors
● Maintain a schedule of regular facility audits and inspections (e.g., weekly, monthly, annual) to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and contractors and full OSHA compliance

§ 053. INTERNAL EVENTS & EXTERNAL VISITS (20%)

● Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and events at RMAC
● Support planning and execution of internal (Boston Dynamics) and external visits (e.g., HMC, VIPs, partners), including scheduling, facilities preparation, and vendor coordination
● Ensure a professional and seamless onsite experience

§ 064. IT COORDINATION & EMPLOYEE SUPPORT (15%)

● Provide basic, ad hoc IT support for onsite employees (e.g., troubleshooting,
coordination with central IT)
● Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, access coordination, and equipment tracking
● Act as a liaison between RMAC and corporate IT for issue escalation and resolution
● Coordinate with external IT vendors as needed for local support

§ 075. ADMINISTRATIVE & REPORTING SUPPORT (5%)

● Support reporting and coordination needs related to Corporate Affairs and site operations
● Maintain documentation and ensure proper record-keeping for operational activities

§ 08QUALIFICATIONS

● Experience in facilities, office operations, or general affairs
● Strong coordination and vendor management skills
● Ability to operate in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
● Working knowledge of workplace safety practices and office IT support basics

The pay range for this position is between $102,000 to $130,000 annually . Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including, but not limited to internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience. This range represents a good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Boston Dynamics offers a generous Benefits package including medical, dental vision, 401(k), paid time off and a annual bonus structure.
