Job Description
As a Senior FP&A AI Transformation Analyst, you will help improve and modernize financial planning and analysis processes leveraging automation, digital technologies and AI-powered solutions. You will partner with finance teams and stakeholders across global regions to identify opportunities to simplify work, improve reporting quality, and increase operational efficiency.
You will be part of the Global Analytics & Insights organization and report to the Manager, Global Analytics & Insights. You will follow a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the Katowice office and two days working remotely.
- Lead finance transformation projects that improve FP&A processes, reporting, and operational efficiency through automation and digital tools.
- Partner with FP&A teams and business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Develop and enhance financial reporting, dashboards, and automated workflows that support business decision-making.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, root causes, data quality issues, and opportunities for process standardization.
- Manage project activities from planning through implementation, including priorities, timelines, risks, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, finance transformation, process improvement, or related finance responsibilities.
- Experience working with financial data, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, or financial analysis processes.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and reporting or automation tools to improve business processes.
- Partnership experience with stakeholders across departments and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, financial systems, automation, or business process improvement.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar digital tools.
- Experience supporting finance process standardization or transformation projects in a global organization.
- Knowledge of planning, forecasting, management reporting, and performance management processes.
- Experience working with AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve finance processes and productivity.
- Experience managing projects or workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
